Our Kii Kare dish is another Thai-inspired Yellow Curry which is made of dried red chili peppers from Thailand, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, turmeric, tamarind, coconut milk, and other Thai spices.
Even though this dish is Thai-inspired, we cook our Kii Kare with a Japanese curry twist. This dish also comes in vegan and vegetarian versions to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. We created Montreal’s first Tofu cutlet so that both meat lovers and vegans can enjoy our delicious Japanese inspired curry. Vegetarians and vegans can now enjoy a curry with the same great tastes as the deep-fried meats.
